Farm De Oorsprong is located on one of the most beautiful spots on Schiermonnikoog. You will find us on the quiet eastern side of the island, on the edge of one of the dune and salt marsh areas that the island has. The farm is close to the Wad, and only 2.5 kilometres away is the wide North Sea beach.
Ideal for cyclists and hikers
If you explore the island by bike or on foot, farm De Oorsprong is a perfect base. From the farm, you have easy access to the dunes, forests and salt marshes, where you can cycle and walk to your heart's content.
