Farm De Oorsprong... for a cosy time with the whole family
Farm De Oorsprong is the ideal accommodation for families. The flats in our group accommodation are rented out separately, making it suitable for large and smaller groups. Each flat has its own entrance and its own facilities, offering enough privacy for you and your family. You won't even notice that there are other people on the farm!
Ideal for children
There is plenty to do for children at De Oorsprong farm. Like real farmers, they can help on the farm. On the large playing field and the courtyard there is enough space to play football, run and play to your heart's content.
Location of the farm
Farm De Oorsprong is located on one of the most beautiful spots on Schiermonnikoog. You will find us on the quiet eastern side of the island, on the edge of one of the dune and salt marsh areas that the island has. The farm is close to the Wad, and only 2.5 kilometres away is the wide North Sea beach.
Because of its location, farmhouse De Oorsprong is the ideal base to explore Schiermonnikoog. Here you can read more about the surroundings of our farm.
