Working three days a week in one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands?
Camping Farm De Oorsprong is the oldest farm in the Schiermonnikoog polder. With five group accommodations, holiday homes, furnished tents and a farm campsite, we welcome guests all year round. From school camps and weddings to families and groups of friends. Besides recreation, we run an active dairy farm with around 90 cows. We are looking for a real go-getter cleaner to join our team independently.

As a cleaner at De Oorsprong, you are responsible for cleaning our various accommodations and common areas. You work independently, or as a duo when you bring someone along, and ensure that our guests always find a clean and fresh accommodation.

✓ Cleaning of the five group accommodations (Periwinkle, Beach Gaper, Stair Gable, Whelk and North Cormorant) at changeovers
✓ Keeping the holiday homes, furnished tents and camping facilities clean
✓ Cleaning the common courtyard, sanitary facilities and campsite kitchen
✓ In high season: several changes per week; in low season: maintenance and thorough cleaning.

• You are a real go-getter: roll up your sleeves and keep working until it is done
• You can work well under time pressure; on changeover days, you need to pick up the pace
• You are reliable and flexible
• You live on Schiermonnikoog, on the Frisian coast or are willing to travel; the boat trip is fully reimbursed
• You are preferably available year-round (seasonal work April-October is also possible)
• Experience in cleaning is a plus but not a requirement
• You enjoy working in a unique location where farm and recreation come together
• You will work independently or together with a regular colleague (duo is possible)

✓ Fixed working days with connecting boat times: 09:35 departure Lauwersoog, 16:45 return

Three times a week by boat to the most beautiful island in the Netherlands. The crossing paid for, lunch on the farm, cows as colleagues and home again in the evening. You work with us in a cosy, homely atmosphere, together with our family. We drink coffee together, take time for a joint break and lunch, and make sure the work goes well and pleasantly.
