House rules

• On departure, the accommodation should be left clean. See cleaning list on the kitchen table, in the bathroom and in the dormitory.
• You must inhabit the accommodation housekeeping, be sparing of our belongings and household goods!
• The entire building is non-smoking. Also the holiday cottages and the bungalow tent. Outside by your own terrace, you can smoke. Cigarettes NOT on the ground.
• The use of bed linen is compulsory. The use of sleeping bags is NOT allowed. If it is found that sheets etc. are not used, you are obliged to hire them from us. Cost €10.50 per package. And the duvets are washed. Cost €25 per duvet.
• Not allowed is scratching, writing on walls, ceilings, tables , beds, chairs, etc. If this does happen, it amounts to full compensation for the damaged.
• Tape, drawing pins, etc. are absolutely not allowed to hang things with. Buddies or painter's tape are.
• Confetti may not be used throughout the farm and yard. By order of the fire brigade!
• It is strictly forbidden to take furniture, duvets, pillows, etc. outside. This also applies to tables and chairs from the kitchens.
• After 10pm, cooking is NOT allowed. So not at night either.
• Music is allowed, provided it is not audible outside the accommodation. We warn once , more nuisance ? Leave immediately.
• Pets are not allowed at Recreatieboerderij De Oorsprong. Not even for 1 day.
• Ball games only on the recreation field. Not at the farm or on the terraces.
• Night-time quiet applies from 10pm to 8am. If you go out at night....Be yourself: Act sociable and go quietly to the accommodation, campsite or holiday home. Think about all the other guests. They like peace and quiet. After 10pm it should be quiet outside.
• The list of names must be completed on arrival and handed in at the residence by 8.30pm.
• Burn candles and tea lights only in the holders provided. This prevents burn marks.
• Frying in the accommodation is absolutely not allowed.
• Scented candles and incense may not be burned in the accommodation, holiday homes and furnished tents.
• In case of serious noise and complaints from other guests, we will withhold your deposit and you can leave right away.
• Fire alarm: on purpose? Fine €300 should be settled right away. This amount is for the volunteer fire brigade that has to turn out for nothing
  

The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules. The company is entitled to terminate the provision of services to guests at any time without notice if the guest repeatedly violates the house rules. This without refund of deposit and rental amount.

Read the house rules carefully, and pass them on to the rest of the party. This will prevent misunderstandings!
